The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40(1), (2), (6) and (7) and 67(2) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995^f1 and after having consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and such other representative organisations as he thinks fit hereby makes the following Regulations:
