In section 134 of the Mental Health Act 1983 (correspondence of patients), in subsection (3)(c)—

(a)

for “the Welsh Administration Ombudsman” substitute “ the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales ”;

(b)

omit “, the Health Service Commissioner for Wales”.
