In the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005f1—

(a)

for section 2(2)(c)f2 (co-operation for purposes of inspections) substitute—

“(c)

Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland.”; and

(b)

for section 6(2)(a)f3 (power of Scottish Ministers to require action by community justice authority) substitute—

“(a)

Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland;”.
