In article 2(2)(a) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000^f1 (interpretation), for “the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
