Paragraph 26 Community Care (Assessment of Needs) (Scotland) Regulations 2002I1

In regulation 1(2) of the Community Care (Assessment of Needs) (Scotland) Regulations 2002^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “care home service”, for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
