Paragraph 36 Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2005I1

In regulation 2(2)(a) of the Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2005^f1 (interpretation), for “section 2(20) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 13 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
