Paragraph 10 Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1)I1

In section 126(1)(b) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006^f1 (houses in multiple occupation exempt from licensing requirement), after “Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010” insert “or, as the case may be, under section 10Q(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (c.29)”.
