In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) (Injury Benefits) Regulations 1998f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “employing authority” after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)Healthcare Improvement Scotland established by section 10A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;”.
