For the purposes of section 69(5)(b) of SBEEA 2015, a rent assessment or assessment of money payable in lieu of rent is concluded when the tenant and the landlord who is no longer a pub-owning business F1by virtue of section 69(1) of the SBEEA 2015 agree the new rent in writing under F2regulation 22(2).
