Before making a pyrotechnic article available on the market, an economic operator must ensure that the EU declaration of conformity is prepared in, or translated into, the language required by the F2relevant state in which it is to be made available on the market.

Where the pyrotechnic articles is to be made available on the market in F3Northern Ireland, the language required is English.
