In regulation 2 of the Education (Information About Children in Alternative Provision) (Wales) Regulations 2009f1 for the definition of “approved relevant qualification” substitute—

  • ““approved relevant qualification” (“cymhwyster perthnasol a gymeradwywyd”) is a qualification within the meaning of section 56 of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015;”.
