Paragraph 20 I1

A committee established by Qualifications Wales under paragraph 17 may delegate any of its functions to a sub-committee established by it.

A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent and on the terms that the committee determines, but this is subject to any direction given by Qualifications Wales as to what a committee established by it may or may not do.
