Paragraph 4 I1

(1)

A person is disqualified from being the chair or an ordinary member if the person is—

(a)

a member of an awarding body recognised by Qualifications Wales or a member of its staff;

(b)

a Member of the National Assembly for Wales;

(c)

a Member of the House of Commons or the House of Lords.

(2)

A person ceases to hold office as the chair or as an ordinary member if that person becomes disqualified.
