Paragraph 31

In paragraph 6(b) of Schedule 5 to the Act of 1998 (adjudicators to have regard to certain obligations owed by local education authorities and governing bodies under the M1Race Relations Act 1976), after “Part III” there shall be inserted “ or section 71 ”.
