Regulation 9 Technical documentation and conformity assessment
Before placing radio equipment on the market, a manufacturer must—
(a)
draw up the relevant technical documentation in accordance with regulation 45 (technical documentation), and
(b)
ensure the relevant conformity assessment procedure is carried out.
