Article 6 Section 13 of the Act and radioactive waste from a Class 1 source

A person is excluded from authorisation under subsections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Act (disposal of radioactive waste) in respect of radioactive waste from a Class 1 source.

(2)

A person who is excluded from authorisation must comply with the limitations and conditions set out in Schedule 3.
