The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(6) of the Railways Act 2005f1.
It appears to the Secretary of State that closures described in this Order should, because of their temporary nature or limited effect on the provision of railway passenger services, be treated as minor modifications.
