(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Railways (Access to Training Services) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 10th April 2006.

(2)

These Regulations do not apply to—

(a)

the tunnel system as defined in section 1(7) of the Channel Tunnel Act 1987^f1; or

(b)

Northern Ireland.
