Paragraph 2
(1)
The procedure for the implementation of an access charges review shall be as provided for by paragraphs 4 to 16 of this Schedule.
(2)
And any procedure relating to the implementation of an access charges review for which the access agreement or any linked licence makes provision shall not apply.
