Regulation 3 Application of the Regulations

These Regulations apply to subsystems and interoperability constituents other than any—

(a)

structural subsystem that is placed into service; or

(b)

interoperability constituent that is placed on the market,

within three months after the date of the coming into force of these Regulations.
