Article 5 Weighted population and national standard amount per head for 1987-88

For the purposes of section 9(3) of the 1963 Act (definition of standard penny rate Scotland in relation to 30th June 1985^f1 and the national standard amount per head for the year 1987-88 shall be such as will result as nearly as may be in the distribution of the whole of the resources element for that year.
