Regulation 14 Schedule 8 (appeals)

In Schedule 8, in Part 1, after paragraph 6 insert—

“7.

The appeal body may—

(a)

appoint a person, with or without payment, to determine the appeal;

(b)

refer any matter involved in the appeal to such person as that body may appoint for that purpose, with or without payment.”.
