Regulation 17 Appearance of authorised persons before a court of summary jurisdiction

(1)

Where an authorised person is authorised in that behalf by—

(a)

the Health and Safety Executive;F1...

(b)

the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland; F2or

(c)

the Office for Nuclear Regulation.

that person may, although not of counsel or a solicitor, prosecute before a court of summary jurisdiction proceedings for an offence committed under regulation 11 or 13.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply in Scotland.
