(a)

reference to a physically segregated area does not include an area segregated only in order to prevent the escape of asbestos; and

(b)

“asbestos” has the meaning assigned to it in relation to Great Britain, by regulation 2(1) of F1the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 or in relation to Northern Ireland, by regulation 2(1) of F2the Control of Asbestos Regulations (Northern Ireland” 2012.
