These Regulations may be cited as the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into force immediately before F1Part 2 of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 comes into force.
