Regulation 19 Commission Implementing Decision C(2020) 2084

Commission Implementing Decision C(2020) 2084 partially granting an authorisation for certain uses of sodium dichromate under REACH (Brenntag UK Ltd and others)^f1 is amended in accordance with this regulation.

In Article 2(2), in the third subparagraph, for “competent authorities” substitute “Agency (as defined in Article 2A of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006)”.
