Commission Implementing Decision C(2020) 2089 partially granting an authorisation for certain uses of potassium hydroxyoctaoxodizincatedichromate under REACH (PPG Industries UK Ltd. and others)^f1 is amended in accordance with this regulation.

In Article 2(2), in the third subparagraph, for the words from “competent authorities” to the end substitute “Agency (as defined in Article 2A of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006)”.
