Regulation 9 Functions of the Authority
(1)
The Authority is to have the functions conferred on it by these Regulations or by the F1UK auctioning regulations.
(2)
Reference in an enactment to—
(a)
functions conferred on the Authority by or under the Act (or any part of it), or
(b)
functions of the Authority,
includes a reference to functions conferred on the Authority by these Regulations or by the UK auctioning regulations.
