Section 15 Abolition of the Welsh Levy BoardI1
(1)
The Welsh Levy Board is abolished.
(2)
Upon abolition of the Board its property, rights and liabilities vest in the Welsh Ministers.
(3)
A reference in any document to the Welsh Levy Board has effect, so far as necessary for the purposes of or in consequence of the provisions of subsection (2), as if it were a reference to the Welsh Ministers
(4)
The Welsh Levy Board Order 2008 (S.I.2008/420) is revoked.
