Regulation 2 Amendment of the Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996

The Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (designation of refuges: local authority establishments and foster households) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

the household of a person who is approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009^f2,”.

In regulation 10(2) (withdrawal of designation of approval) for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)

where a person approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009 has had that approval terminated under those Regulations;”.
