Section 20 Isles of Scilly

(1)

For the purposes of section 13 the Council of the Isles of Scilly are not a relevant local authority.

(2)

But the Secretary of State may by regulations make such provision as he thinks appropriate in relation to the Isles of Scilly in consequence of anything done under or by virtue of this Part.
