Section 12A Application of the Act to certain registered Community designsF1
Schedule 1A makes provision—
(a)
for registered Community designs (including certain designs whose registration has expired or which have been removed from the register) to be treated as registered under this Act with effect from F2IP completion day, and
(b)
about certain applications for registered Community designs made before IP completion day.
