The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 32(1) of the Registered Designs Act 1949^f1and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971^f2, hereby makes the following Rules:—
