In rule 36—
(a)
for the words “section 3(6)” there shall be substituted “ section 3(5) ”; and
(b)
for the words “rule 34 above” there shall be substituted “ section 3B(3). ”
In rule 36—
for the words “section 3(6)” there shall be substituted “ section 3(5) ”; and
for the words “rule 34 above” there shall be substituted “ section 3B(3). ”
