Article 17

The heading above rules 52 to 57 shall be amended as follows—

(a)

for the words “Compulsory Licence under Section 10 or Cancellation” there shall be substituted “ Invalidation ”; and

(b)

for the words “Section 11(2) or (3)” there shall be substituted “ Section 11ZB ”.
