Rule 76 shall be amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (3), for the words from “of time” to “section 6(2)” there shall be substituted “ prescribed by rule 36A above ”.

In paragraph (4)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (b), the words “6(2) or” shall be omitted; and
(b)
in sub-paragraphs (c) and (ii) for the words from “of time” to “rule 34(1)(b) above” there shall be substituted “ prescribed by rule 36A above ”.
