Article 68 Direction by registrar under section 5(1)

Where the registrar has given a direction under section 5(1) prohibiting or restricting the publication of information with respect to a design, the representation or specimen of the design and any such evidence as is mentioned in section 5(2)(b) shall not be open to public inspection while such direction remains in force.
