Article 69 Prohibition on inspection under section 22(2)

The period prescribed under section 22(2) during which a design shall not be open to inspection except as provided in that section shall be three years as regards designs to be applied to textile articles, and two years as regards designs to be applied to wallpaper and similar wall covering and lace.
