Article 17 Decision of registrar on invalidity

When the registrar has made a decision on the application for a declaration of invalidity, he shall send to the parties written notice of it, stating the reasons for his decision.

The date on which the decision was sent to the applicant shall be deemed to be the date of the decision for the purposes of any appeal.
