The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 29 to 31 and 36 of the Registered Designs Act 1949 M1.
In accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 M2 the Secretary of State has consulted the Council on Tribunals.C1
