Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 120(1) and (6) of the Land Registration Act 1925^f1 and sections 80(2) and 90 of the London Government Act 1963^f2, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and declare, and it is hereby ordered and declared, as follows:
