Regulation 6 Information to be contained in a notification under section 39(1)(c) of the Act

A notification under section 39(1)(c) of the Act must, in addition to the information set out in regulation 3, contain the following—

(a)

the date on which the order was made; and

(b)

the date on which the order took or will take effect, if different.
