Regulation 7 Information to be contained in a notification under section 39(1)(d) of the Act
A notification under section 39(1)(d) of the Act must, in addition to the information set out in regulation 3, contain the following—
(a)
the name of the responsible individual whose designation has been cancelled;
(b)
the ground upon which the designation has been cancelled; and
(c)
the date upon which the cancellation took effect, if different.
