Regulation 15 Form of application for cancellation of registrationF1

An application for cancellation of registration as a service provider must be made in the form of an on-line application which is accessed from the pages of the website maintained by the Welsh Government which have been established for the purposes of informing service providers about the procedure for cancellation of registration under Part 1 of the Act.
