Article 8 Disclosure of information
In section 11 of the 1967 Act (provision for secrecy of information)f1, in subsection (2), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)for the purposes of a complaint which is being investigated by the Health Service Commissioner for England or a Local Commissioner (or both);”.
