Section 53 Meaning of “relevant offence” and “SEPA” in Part 3I1

In this Part—

• “relevant offence” means an offence specified in an order made by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of this Part,

• “SEPA” means the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
