Regulation 1 Name, commencement and application

These Regulations are called the Relocation Grants (Forms of Application) (Amendment No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and they shall come into force on 11th January 2002.

These Regulations apply to Wales only and shall not have effect in relation to applications for grant made before the date on which these Regulations come into force.
