The requirement in paragraph 2 is disapplied—
(a)
for a period of 12 months beginning with the day on which F3the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 come into force;
(b)
for any period specified in a notice under paragraph 2B.
