(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), no renewables obligation certificates are to be issued under a renewables obligation order in respect of electricity generated after 31st March 2017 F1by a generating station which is not a F2... solar pv station.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply to electricity generated in any one or more of the circumstances set out in articles 4 to 12.
