Paragraph 2

In section 4(2) of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951—

(a)

for the words from “to which” to “Acts apply” substitute “ let on or subject to a protected tenancy or statutory tenancy within the meaning of the Rent Act 1977 ”; and

(b)

for the words from “paragraph (a)” to “1933” substitute “ Case 1 in Schedule 15 to the Rent Act 1977 ”.
